What this policy covers

This notice explains what we do with the information you give us when you request a private jet charter quote for Las Vegas. It applies to privatejetslasvegas.com and to phone, email, and web form requests that come through this site.

We are a charter broker. We arrange flights; the flights themselves are operated by FAA Part 135 operators, and those operators hold operational control of the aircraft. That distinction matters for privacy too, because some of your details have to reach an operator before anyone can quote or fly your trip.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. We also collect trip details: where you are flying from and to, your travel dates, how many passengers are going, and any preferences you mention, such as aircraft class, baggage, or pets.

If you call us, we may keep notes from that conversation. We also collect basic site data such as pages viewed and the browser you use, which tells us how people find the quote form. We do not ask for payment card numbers through this site, and we do not collect passport or government ID information to prepare a quote.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details to respond to your request, ask follow-up questions about the trip, and send a quote. Trip details go into the request we send to operators so they can price the flight accurately.

We also use the information to keep records of quotes we have given, to answer questions after a quote, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We share your name, contact details, and trip details only with the operators we ask to quote your trip. Those operators need the information to price the flight and, if you book, to arrange it. They may contact you directly about the quote.

We may also use service providers who help us run the site and send email, and we may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not share your details with anyone else for their own marketing.

Call recording

Calls to and from our quote line may be recorded. We record calls to keep an accurate record of what was quoted and agreed, and to review the quality of the service.

If a call is recorded, we tell you at the start. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will handle the request another way, by email or through the web form.

How long we keep it and how to reach us

We keep quote requests and related records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and longer where the law requires it. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form on this site and we will respond. If you have questions about this policy or about a request you have already sent, that same form reaches the person who handles it.
