How private jet charter quotes work
You tell us the route, date, passenger count, and baggage. We return options with aircraft type, operator, and an all-in estimate. Prices are estimates until an operator confirms the tail and crew for your date.
From Las Vegas, a light jet to Los Angeles runs about 0h 47m and $4,000 to $6,000. A midsize to New York is 5h 46m and $22,000 to $33,500. Those are round-trip estimates, not one-way fares, and they move with fuel and demand.
Who controls the flight
We are a broker. We do not own or operate aircraft. The flight is conducted by an operator that holds an FAA Part 135 certificate and exercises operational control, meaning the pilot in command answers to that operator, not to us.
That split matters when something changes. If weather or maintenance forces a delay, the operator's duty and dispatch rules govern the flight. We stay on the booking and keep you informed, but we cannot direct the crew.
What we check before a flight goes out
We verify the operator's certificate is active and matches the aircraft. We confirm insurance coverage limits and review third-party safety audit reports where the operator participates. Crew duty limits are checked against your schedule, especially for late-night departures after a Vegas event.
Las Vegas summer performance is its own check. Harry Reid sits at 2,181 ft and can see density altitude near 6,200 ft at 115F. Henderson Executive is at 2,492 ft with a 6,501 ft runway. On hot afternoons, some light jets face payload limits, so we confirm the aircraft can carry your group before quoting.
How we are paid
Our fee is disclosed before you book. It is separate from the operator's charter price, and you see both. We do not add hidden markups to the operator's invoice.
Payment terms are set at booking. The operator's cancellation policy applies, and we pass it to you in writing. If a quote changes because the operator swaps aircraft, we show you the new number before anything is confirmed.

Questions
Which Las Vegas airport will my charter use?
It depends on your aircraft and destination. Harry Reid International is 2 miles from the Strip and handles larger jets. Henderson Executive is 10 miles out with a 6,501 ft runway. North Las Vegas is 7 miles out with a 5,005 ft runway and suits smaller aircraft. We match the airport to your plane and schedule, and note any heat-related limits.
How much does a private jet charter from Las Vegas cost?
Estimates run from about $4,000 to $6,000 for a light jet to Los Angeles, up to $22,000 to $33,500 for a midsize to New York. Heavy jets cost more. These are estimates based on typical rates, not fixed prices, and they depend on aircraft, date, and how long the crew stays with you.
Who is responsible for the flight?
The operator. Each flight is conducted by a company holding an FAA Part 135 certificate, and that company holds operational control. Its pilots, maintenance, and duty rules govern the flight. We arrange the booking and check the operator's certificate, insurance, and audit reports, but the operator is accountable for how the flight is run.
