- Private jet charter Las Vegas

We are a charter broker. Flights are arranged through FAA Part 135 operators who hold operational control, which means the operator's crew and certificate govern the flight. Our job is to sort through the options, explain the tradeoffs and keep one number in front of you.
Most Las Vegas trips come down to three airports. Harry Reid International sits about 2 miles from the Strip, Henderson Executive about 10 miles out, North Las Vegas about 7. Each has different runway length and summer density altitude, and that shapes which aircraft can use it on a hot July afternoon. A quick call is usually faster than a form.
What to have ready when you call
- Your dates and a rough departure window, and whether the schedule can move an hour either way
- Passenger count, including children, and total checked bags
- Both ends of the trip, with the airport or neighborhood you want to land near
- One-way or round trip, and if anyone in the party needs a specific cabin height or baggage space
- Your budget range, so we can compare a turboprop against a light or midsize jet instead of guessing
What happens after you send the details
We check availability across operators serving Las Vegas and come back with aircraft options matched to your passenger count and range. Expect the type, the operator's certificate and the estimated price, plus the airport we recommend at each end.
Prices you see for Las Vegas routes are estimates and move with aircraft, date, crew time and fuel. Nothing is held until you approve the quote and the operator confirms. If the trip is a short hop like Los Angeles at roughly 0h 47m, we may suggest a light jet; for something like New York at around 5h 46m, a super-midsize or heavy jet is the realistic comparison.

Questions
How do I get a quote for private jet charter in Las Vegas?
Send the trip details or call. We need dates, passenger count, bags and both airports. We will return aircraft options, the operating certificate behind each one and an estimated price. Quotes are estimates until the operator confirms availability and you approve, so treat the first number as a working figure rather than a final invoice.
Which Las Vegas airport will my flight use?
It depends on the aircraft and where you are staying. Harry Reid International is about 2 miles from the Strip and handles larger jets. Henderson Executive is about 10 miles out with a 6,501-foot runway. North Las Vegas is about 7 miles out with a 5,005-foot runway. Summer heat matters: July density altitude reaches about 5,700 feet at Harry Reid and 6,100 feet at Henderson, which can limit smaller aircraft.
Can you arrange a one-way flight into or out of Las Vegas?
Yes. One-way trips are common, especially around conventions and race weekends. Empty legs sometimes appear when an operator repositions, and we will flag one if it fits your dates. Otherwise expect one-way pricing to reflect the return leg the operator still has to cover. Light jet examples run from about $4,000 for Los Angeles to roughly $33,500 for New York, depending on aircraft and timing.
